Reviewing the numerous times we have called on the folks at Sonoran I cannot recall a single instance of being dissatisfied. The opposite is true, each time they meet or exceed my expectations. We’ve been working with Sonoran Integrations for several years now. Kyle and team have always been willing and able to help us get the most out of our phone system. As a call center making almost 15,000 calls per day, our business relies heavily on the telephony solution we have in place, so its comforting to know we have a partner that we can rely upon and trust.

We have just switched over to Sonoran Integrations from Mitel. We are a heavily service oriented customer and we require the same of our vendors. Mitel did not meet our expectations, or even come close. So when we went to find a new phone system, and telecommunications vendor, we dug through the companies with a fine tooth comb. We couldn’t have asked for more! It is truly refreshing to finally find a telecommunications company that values service so much and really cares about their customer’s needs.
