Our company is headquartered in the Anthem area and we’re looking for positive, energetic, enthusiastic Account Executives to expand our inside sales team! Our Local Account Representatives are exceeding their sales goals and they have more leads than they can handle, so we’ve decided to expand our sales team this year. Position Requirements
  • This person must have captivating communication skills to generate interest quickly

  • Willingness to learn about Information, Network and Communications Technology & Services

  • Be able to research and develop content for media campaigns

  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other media programs

  • Willing to gain experience in telemarketing, outbound phone sales, and cold calling

  • Tenacious and results oriented self-starter with strong teamwork skills

  • Must have reliable transportation

Job Description

Daily activities and job responsibilities will include:

  • Develop & disseminate multichannel (social, online, print & voice) media campaigns

  • Initiate cold calls to targeted lists to verify interest in our products and services to the business community.

  • Document, track, and monitor all leads and sales activities in Salesforce.com

  • Deliver on contact performance goals to transfer warm leads to sales team.

  • Enjoy talking on the phone — you’ll be making 15+ calls per hour and it’s what we sell!

Will also accompany sales team on appointments set with growth plan for marketing / technical sales. Call and leave message on voice mail. Interviews will be based on resume and voice message left.

VOICE & DATA TECHNICIAN

Sonoran Integrations is looking for hardworking, reliable technicians to help serve our customers.

Role Responsibilities
  • Ensures that the voice, video and/or telecommunications systems are functioning within established guidelines

  • Installs, maintains and repairs end user telecommunication equipment

  • Installs, maintains, and repairs voice communications systems hardware and software components to ensure maximum operating efficiency

  • Monitors company telecommunications, responds to system malfunctions and performs corrective actions

  • Assists in the installation of new hardware/software voice and video systems

  • Tests, troubleshoots and resolves telecommunication problems

  • Maintains current documentation of systems configuration, applications, and technical reference material

  • Provides technical assistance to users regarding equipment and system functions

  • Performs normal moves, adds, and changes to telecom hardware and software in a timely manner

  • Performs periodic back-ups/maintenance, ensuring adherence to and documentation of routine maintenance schedules and providing corresponding missing/required data to customers

Requirements
  • 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience

  • Prior experience with Avaya , Toshiba, ShoreTel, NEC is a plus

  • Experience with VoIP network troubleshooting

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferences
  • Prior experience with Dell, HP, AdTran and ShoreTel

  • Prior experience with Wireless PBX systems and paging services
